Morten Klein is the mind behind Klein Group, which consists of a group of companies with various investments within the gaming industry, e-commerce companies, real estate as well as within various venture companies with exceptional prospects.

Classically trained as a software engineer, Mr. Iversen has since then experience from a broad spectre of tech knowledge. Areas of expertise within blockchain are tokenomics and cutting edge uses of these technologies. He also has a deep understanding of compliance and the regulatory side of this sphere which has been his main focus the last 5 years.
As co-founder, he lends his expertise with an entrepreneurial bend making him a uniquely qualified to consult and create the blockchain centric technologies of the future. Ronny Iversen founded Deiligst.no, a hugely popular social media and dating platform in Norway that ran for over 14 years. Predating Facebook, Deiligst was as innovative as it was controversial with constant mention in the media as Norwegian culture was disrupted by the new social network concept. At its most popular, over 13% of Norwegians were signed up.
Through Ocular he gained deep knowledge of how to bridge the decentralized and centralized world, making them meet in the middle without overstepping regulatory and at the same time utilising the best of both worlds. This involved designing and building sophisticated payment solutions, a challenger bank and technology for Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customers.
For over 20 years his experience in finding the right balance of product design, marketing, and technical innovation has been a hallmark of his expertise. Mr. Iversen firmly believes in connecting people with cross-industry disciplines for business opportunities and being able to engage people capable of executing his vision.
Mr. Sverdrup-Dahl is an experienced CFO and entrepreneur who have been involved in businesses across a range of industries. For 10 years he was the CFO and Co-Owner of SWIMS, a Norwegian lifestyle brand, before leaving the company when it was sold to a Nasdaq listed US company in 2015. He has also been involved in companies within the media industry, business analytics, circular economy and is also Co-Founder of a regulated, tier-one hedge fund trading digital assets.
Mr. Sverdrup-Dahl currently holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics and is currently finishing an MSc in Business Analytics. He also completed a Cryptocurrency course from MIT.
Over the last years, Mr. Sverdrup-Dahl has focused on Big Data, Machine Learning and Blockchain Technology. He believes the future will be affected by these concepts and how they interact with each other.
Njål Berge has more than 25 years experience from E-business and Brand Management. He holds a Master in Business and Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) specialising in Marketing and E-Business. Right out of school he started his career as a concept developer in Norways first web-agency Neo Interactive / Icon Medialab before joining Mind in Sweden. From there he was headhunted to be the Global Marketing Director for Minds biggest client, recruitment startup Wideyes.com.
After .com he returned to Norway and joined the trend analysis company Bengal Consulting where he spent 2 years before becoming a planner at Leo Burnett. Njål then helped co-found the creative ad agency SMFB but left early to join TBWA in Oslo. After his career in advertising he returned the world of analytics heading up the brand analysis team at Opinion for 3 years before he left to become management for hire for the next 10 years. In his capacity as a strategic advisor he worked closely with global fashion retailers like H&M, Esprit, Uniqlo - but also brands like Bjørn Borg, Diesel, Filippa K. Njål also for many years worked with Norwegian food-retailer REMA 1000 where he was responsible for the launch of their app Æ.
Before joining Klein Consulting as a business developer Njål spent 2 years as OMNI-channel director at Intersport in Norway overseeing their digital transformation to implement e-com drop shipment-capabilites for all 100+ stores, building of their new app and being responsible for CRM and Customer Service.
